Two founders completed their Masters in Marketing at a quiet Swiss university town. Late nights, big ideas, and a shared obsession with brand storytelling planted the seed for what would become DesGro.

Mentored by Mahdi Shafiei of Trifid Media — the biggest marketing agency in the GCC — the founders gained frontline insight into elite-level brand strategy and what it takes to build agencies that last.

Armed with a world-class education and Dubai-forged instincts, DesGro was born at Hilite Business Park, Calicut — starting with a founding team of just 3, now 40+ strong and still accelerating.
